TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Your training and development at LSI will start with induction and continue throughout your career with us. In fact more than 50% of our leadership team is made up of people who have come through the ranks at the Practice. To support you in your career development, you’ll have regular 1 to 1’s with an assigned mentor who’ll have the skills and experience relevant to your career path and a Wellbeing Action Plan, reviewed twice annually, so that you can tell us how we can best support your wellbeing.

You’ll also be given an annual training budget, in terms of both cost and study leave, as well as the opportunity to attend regularly held CPD events, and our monthly Forum sessions with headings covering topics such as Design, Technical, Digital and Sustainability.

We also place great emphasis as a business on the mental health and wellbeing of our teams, working alongside mental health charity Mind to provide our team with strategies and mechanisms to keep us well and resilient.

We also enjoy plenty of social events as a team including Pitch&Putt tournaments, Sports Days and our annual study trip, which has taken us across to Stuttgart, Amsterdam, Glasgow and Budapest.
